The Board of Trustees (BoT) is the highest governing body of the University of Skill Enrichment and Technology (USET). The Board is responsible for providing strategic direction, policy guidance, and overall governance of the university to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence and institutional development.

The Board of Trustees consists of distinguished professionals, academics, and experienced leaders who are committed to advancing the mission and vision of the university.

University of Skill Enrichment and Technology (USET) was approved by the Ministry of Education, Government of Bangladesh in August 2019 and later received approval from the University Grants Commission (UGC) in February 2020.
